What we're looking for

• Heart on your sleeve leadership: bold, calm under pressure, ego free
• Minimum 2 years' GM experience in high volume bars or sports bar venues
• High volume, late night venue experience is a must!
• Stellar communication and organizational skills; hands on and approachable
• Superb customer and floor service instincts
• Entrepreneurial spark-creative, proactive, growth minded
• Passion for people: mentoring, developing talent, and having fun
