£60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team to achieve consistently high standards.
- Support the strategic planning and recruitment of new team members for the upcoming site, working closely with senior stakeholders to build an elite team
- Collaborate with a team of 50+ culinary and service professionals to deliver fine dining-level experiences.
- Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion and care.
- Drive operational efficiency and structure while maintaining a warm, human approach.
