Lead the team at our iconic Soho restaurant
Since 1944, Lina Stores has celebrated Italy through exceptional food, drink and hospitality. What began as a delicatessen on Brewer Street has grown into one of London's most loved restaurant groups - and at the heart of it all sits our flagship Greek Street restaurant.
We're looking for a General Manager to lead the team, uphold our heritage, and deliver unforgettable dining experiences that capture the warmth, energy and authenticity of Italian hospitality.
What you'll do- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction.
- Inspire, develop and coach your team - creating a culture of positivity, care and accountability.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, labour, cost control and stock management.
- Drive guest engagement and community relationships, ensuring repeat visits and lasting impressions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bar and marketing teams to deliver creative activations and seasonal events.
- Uphold company policies and licensing laws, ensuring compliance across all areas of operation.
- Champion Lina Stores' values in every interaction: celebrating Italy, leading with hospitality, and growing with purpose.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a quality-driven restaurant or hospitality group.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and deliver profitable results.
- A natural leader - empathetic, approachable and confident in developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A true host who loves being on the floor, engaging with guests and delivering memorable service.
