Overview

My client is looking to recruit a GENERAL MANAGER for one of its volume operations in DEVON.

Compensation

£90,000 OTE DOE PLUS GREAT BENEFITS AND LARGE BASIC SALARY

Responsibilities and Leadership
  • This is a hands on role where you will be required to manage the process showing energy, drive and ambition.
  • You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results.
  • You will ideally have a background in the volume sector along with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in terms of site presentation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must have a solid background of relevant experience in a franchised dealership.
  • Experience in the volume sector is preferred.
  • Must possess a full clean UK driving licence.
