Following the success of their first site, which has gone from strength to strength, this amazing team is set to launch a new natural wine bar and restaurant in central London Winter 2026. This project brings together some of the best creative and culinary talent in the industry, from natural wine experts and chefs championing seasonal produce to award-winning designers creating beautiful space.

We're looking for a brilliant GM to lead this opening and bring the concept to life. You'll have lots of oper ational support giving you the freedom to focus on creating an outstanding guest experience, developing the team, and shaping the culture from day one. Once the site is up and running smoothly, there will be plenty of room to grow and take on further operational responsibilities.

You'll be working with the very best natural wine suppliers and will need to have great knowledge within this world, as well as a passion for cocktails as you'll be curating both lists. The food will be simple, elegant, and ingredient-driven, showcasing the very best of what's in season. Previous opening experience is a plus, but not essential; what matters most is your passion for hospitality, a great eye for detail, and your ability to lead and inspire a team.
