We're looking for a General Manager who can inspire & motivate a team with a strong focus on our guests. You'll be responsible for upholding our culture & values, championing standards, and leading a team of over 100 to deliver an authentic, fresh-food-based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town!

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of over 100 to deliver an authentic, fresh-food-based BBQ menu while upholding Hickory's culture, values, and standards.

Inspire a guest-focused environment, ensuring excellent service and operational excellence across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in training & running flagship restaurants.
• Track record of leadership in a high-volume hospitality setting.
