Responsibilities

• Look after the restaurant when it reopens in Autumn
• Manage a busy site with a focus on guest service and interaction
• Ensure all back-office tasks are completed and managed effectively
• Maintain strong organization and financial oversight
• Collaborate with the bar manager on drinks pairings and wine/spirits focus
• Uphold the team's friendly and professional standards

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of GM experience in a busy site
• Strong passion for service, guest experience, and people management
• Organized with a solid handle on back-office operations and finances
• Interest in wines and spirits; willingness to engage in wines-and-spirits pairing
• WSET training is beneficial
