General Manager

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Hotel General Manager to take the lead at this popular North Dublin property and drive it towards a new chapter of success. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives on excellence, team leadership, and strategic execution.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments: front desk, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
• Optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through smart revenue and yield strategies
• Deliver exceptional guest service and personally address escalated issues
• Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to create a positive, high-performance culture
• Drive local marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, OTAs, and community partners
• Implement property improvements and lead service innovation initiatives

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hotel management experience (GM or senior leadership role)
• Strong understanding of hospitality finance, KPIs, and budgeting
• Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar)
• A passion for guest service and team development
• True commitment to Irish hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of labour laws, safety standards, and compliance procedures
