This vibrant restaurant has been around for almost 10 years, and is one of east London's most popular, and most loved spots. Delicious, bold and exciting food with excellent produce. The flavours here are everything. They have a fab drinks list to pair, and genuinely we only ever hear good things about this place, its becoming an iconic Ldn spot for good reason.

We are looking for a fantastic GM to look after the restaurant when it reopens its doors in Autumn. 1-2 years experience as a GM in a busy site is necessary. This place does lots of volume, and we need someone who adores service and guest interaction, but who can also ensure that all back office is completed and seen to. Someone who is organised, strong on financials, but most importantly a really friendly and kind manager, as this group is super friendly and loves a people person. You will work 45 hours a week, have a mixture of days and evenings, and only do 1 double a week. There are 2 days set aside for you to do admin, and you would be able to get an annual £5k bonus. A passion for wines and spirits is needed, someone who loves pairing is ideal. The group offers WSET training, which we also love.Apply For Job
