Qualifications

What you'll do as a General Manager

• Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Note: If successful, you will need to have or acquire a personal license.

What you'll bring

• High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of pub management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for working with people.
• Business acumen, particularly in P&L control.
• A commitment to individuality, caring for others, the pub, and the environment.
• Previous success at the General Manager level is desirable, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced sectors; a positive attitude and outlook are essential.
• A desire to learn and succeed in new challenges.
