As a General Manager, you will have ownership of a single Jack's store, overseeing all aspects including sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, and operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Providing friendly, smiling service to guests
- Achieving daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
- Managing a business valued at over a million dollars with high energy and standards
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
- Preparing and serving delicious southern foods, including chicken
- Creating a supportive, respectful, and fun work environment
What You Bring to the Role:
- Energy and a warm, friendly demeanor
- Servant leadership qualities
- Flexibility to multitask and work 50-55 hours per week
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Business acumen including P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, and food safety
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
