Lantana are a collection of Australian-founded restaurants in the heart of London. We are famous for our brunches but are incredibly proud of our entire Australian-inspired menu, not to mention our speciality coffee!

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join us; could it be you?

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and managing shifts in a controlled but relaxed way

Recruiting, motivating, training and retaining your team

Taking accountability for keeping customers happy, everyone safe, and the finances on point

Working closely with your kitchen to unite FOH and BOH

Being hands-on in our restaurants

What We'll Be Doing In Return:
