In this role, you will take full ownership of large-scale warehousing operations across this London-based depot, leading a team of depot managers, supervisors and frontline operatives. You'll be accountable for driving performance, efficiency and culture, building scalable processes and frameworks while keeping operations running smoothly day to day.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead day-to-day warehousing operations across the depot while managing, coaching and inspiring a large and growing team.
• Drive continuous improvement in people, process, safety, cost and service.
• Own performance KPIs across productivity, inventory, H&S and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate operational nuance into scalable, long-term solutions.
• Build culture, foster engagement, accountability and alignment
• Take on full P&L responsibility as the depot continues to expand.

• Strong track record managing large-scale warehouse, depot or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience in developing both high performers and those who need support.
• Hands on, adaptable leader with strong EQ and ability to influence across all levels.
