We are looking for experienced General Managers for upcoming European opportunities.
The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we've never just been about offering a bed for the night. Job Description
What you'll do
- Take full responsibility for the commercial success and overall performance of the property, including P&L, budgets, planning, and forecasting (and re-forecasting).
- Lead by example in creating a brilliant experience for our guests that exceeds expectations and builds a great reputation for our properties.
- Achieve and maintain high levels of customer service for both external and internal customers, forging long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure our brand standards are properly implemented and think creatively about grounding the brand in the local market.
- Create an environment where our team feels supported, has opportunities to grow, and enjoys their work.
- Manage relationships with central teams and owners effectively.
Qualifications

- A strong hotel operator with international experience.
- Comfortable handling all commercial aspects, including F&B, and balancing commercial decisions with brand integrity.
- Passion for providing high-quality guest experiences that feel natural.
