General Manager - South Kensigton

Are you ready for an exciting Opportunity, starting in January 2027.

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to take over our fast faced environment of South Ken. It may be small, but it's most definitely mighty

You'll be an existing GM who really leads from the front, is positive and brings the energy to each and every shift.

South Ken has a constant throng of guests, thanks to the local museums and the Royal Albert hall, so you'll need to always be ready for action, but be proactive in drive your local marketing & sales. This role will be involve getting out and about and getting to know and supporting the local community as well as running a slick restaurant team.

With a huge amount of tourists and families visiting daily the guest experience is key. You'll be able to demonstrate how you've created memorable experience to each and every person that enters your current site, and have a great GOS/customer experience score that backs it up.

You'll show real pride and ownership in the restaurants you've run, and you'll have built and developed a team that does the same.

In addition to being a talented and hardworking General Manager, you will fully embrace your leadership responsibilities, leading from the front and constantly coaching and guiding your team to succeed.

You'll have a proven record of working closely with your kitchen, your Head Chef and wider management team, to ensure, together you consistently meet the Honest KPI's, standards and efficiency. In addition you'll put your teams happiness and welfare up there as a priority.

This is a high profile restaurant, where continuing to generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity are essential, whilst recognising the personal impact you can have on your team, the area, and of course; your guests.

This role will report directly into an Operations Manager, in addition to building a close relations with OBR restaurant management team.

What we're looking for?

You'll already be an experienced General Manager, with proven success in your current site/business. You'll be able to show:

- Ongoing team development and progression

- Positive sales and KPI growth

- Consistent Audit and EHO outcomes

- Commercial and COGs controls

- Improvements to service and restaurant environment

What we offer You?

- £42,000 (basic salary, plus service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay so earning could reach )

- Service charge split equally (100% goes to the employees)
