General Manager - Sales Background

Responsibilities
  • Take day-to-day control of a leading print group and drive strategic management and direction.
  • Oversee all activities including sales, commercial, business development, production and supply chain.
  • Guide and direct each department to ensure organisational goals are met.
  • Monitor results, compare actual performance to established standards, and take appropriate actions to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure profitability by managing output and implementing improvements in key areas.
  • Challenge existing processes and deliver continual improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the printing industry from a sales focused background.
  • Proven track record of positively affecting organisations and achieving results.
  • Strong management ability combined with drive and energy.
  • Forward thinking, critically minded with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas.
Requirements
  • Resident in the United Kingdom.
  • Recent or current experience working in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
