Responsibilities- Take day-to-day control of a leading print group and drive strategic management and direction.
- Oversee all activities including sales, commercial, business development, production and supply chain.
- Guide and direct each department to ensure organisational goals are met.
- Monitor results, compare actual performance to established standards, and take appropriate actions to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure profitability by managing output and implementing improvements in key areas.
- Challenge existing processes and deliver continual improvement initiatives.
- Extensive experience in the printing industry from a sales focused background.
- Proven track record of positively affecting organisations and achieving results.
- Strong management ability combined with drive and energy.
- Forward thinking, critically minded with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas.
- Resident in the United Kingdom.
- Recent or current experience working in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
