About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to my clients Catering and Retail operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee day-to-day operations, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all catering and retail operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and effective cost control
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs, taking action to improve results
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
About You
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within catering, or retail
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Commercially astute with a track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
