We're pleased to be recruiting for a General Manager to lead a charming, independently run pub with rooms in the heart of the Cotswolds.

This characterful property combines cosy, traditional interiors with a relaxed yet elevated dining experience, attracting both locals and destination guests. With a strong reputation for warm hospitality and quality food, it plays a central role within the village community while also appealing to visitors exploring the surrounding countryside.

As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the business, leading a small, dedicated team and ensuring exceptional standards across both food and accommodation.

Responsibilities as the General Manager

• Overseeing the day to day running of the pub, restaurant and rooms
• Leading, motivating and developing the team

• Building strong relationships with guests and the local community
