Are you an experienced Hospitality Manager looking for an exciting new role with a popular and expanding Company? We are recruiting a General Manager for a popular venue in Dublin 2.

This role would suit a passionate Hospitality professional who is very hands on and enjoys engaging with customers and managing teams. This is a high end venue serving excellent food and drinks so knowledge in this area is essential.

The role:

• Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff
  
• Developing and mentoring employees
  
• Driving Sales through cross selling and upselling
  
• Ensuring labour costs and GP are in line with targets
  
• Ensuring all health and safety, hygiene and company policies are adhered to
  

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience managing teams of 25+ staff in a busy high end / Late night venue
  
• Excellent Cocktail and drinks knowledge
  
• Demonstrated experience dealing with food service and standards
  
• Previous experience managing a high end bar & restaurant essential.
  
• Passionate about Hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
