We are looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality leader to join our team and help shape an exceptional guest experience while contributing to the ongoing success and vision of our hotel.

Your responsibilities:

• Representing hotel management in the General Manager's absence

• Supporting the team in day-to-day operations

• Ensuring outstanding guest service and consistent implementation of brand standards

• Assisting with month-end closing and forecasting

• Handling guest complaints professionally and effectively

• Training and motivating team members across departments

• Creating staff rotas and managing holiday planning

• Overseeing pre-accounting and general administration

• Managing supplies and office operations

What you'll bring:

• Successfully completed training in hospitality or a related field

• Initial experience in a similar leadership role

• Flexibility, resilience, and a hands-on mindset

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team

• Solid computer literacy and administrative competence

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for guest service

• Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
