This isn't just a refresh-it's a complete overhaul: brand-new carpets, fresh paint throughout, fully upgraded toilets, a revamped kitchen, and a stunning new garden scheme with other external enhancements. The live-in flat has already been refurbished to a high standard. With this bold investment, we're projecting a 30-40% uplift in sales-making this the perfect time for a driven General Manager to lead the charge into a new era.
