General Manager - Lead Teams, Elevate Guest Service

Blue Shock Executive Search, established in 2003, seeks a General Manager to lead a restaurant operation in our Canada/USA portfolio under the Owner's mentorship. You will oversee guest service, kitchen collaboration, and daily operations with a focus on growth and team development.

Salary is $120,000 base plus $25,000 quarterly bonus and a $25,000 specialty bonus paid annually. You'll drive profitability, build systems, and mentor upcoming managers across the team.
