General Manager - Food & Wine Lead (Live-Out)

Bel & The Dragon, Cookham is seeking a General Manager to lead a heavily food-focused operation at one of the country's oldest coaching inns. This live-out role blends front-of-house leadership with hotel management across 10 bedrooms and a thriving seasonal terrace.

You will work with a Head Chef and two Deputy Managers, drive guest experience, manage a 40-hour week, and deliver strong Food & Wine knowledge.
