GenAI Developer

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer with strong experience in agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI engineering. The role involves building and enabling scalable GenAI solutions within large engineering organisations, while supporting AI-assisted development practices and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
• Build and integrate AI orchestration and tool-use frameworks
• Support AI-assisted software development across the life cycle
• Apply prompt engineering and enterprise context management patterns
• Collaborate with engineering teams on delivery, code quality, and best practices
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and agile delivery processes

Required Skills

• Strong experience with enterprise GenAI and LLM-based systems
• Hands-on expertise in multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks
• Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, GitHub, automated testing, and agile methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within large engineering teams
