Role: Head Chef
Location: Galway City Centre
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 (DOE)
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Head Chef in Galway.
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead and manage all kitchen operations. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong culinary expertise, operational control, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and manage the full kitchen operation, ensuring consistent food quality and standards.
Drive sales and maintain high presentation and preparation standards across all food outlets.
Manage, motivate, and develop a busy kitchen team in a high-volume environment.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
Control food waste, stock usage, and kitchen operating costs effectively.
Manage food costs in line with agreed budgets and business targets.
Develop innovative, seasonal, and customer-focused menu offerings.
Work closely with senior management on service planning and operational delivery.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Chef.
Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality venue.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen compliance.
Demonstrated experience in menu development and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work to KPIs, deadlines, and operational targets.
Must have experience in Hospitality.
Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.

Salary per annum: N€50,000 - €60,000 (DOE)
