Gastroenterology Directorate Operations Manager

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Directorate Support Manager to support the Gastroenterology Directorate. You will oversee a group of staff, manage waiting lists and day-to-day issues, and work proactively with minimal supervision to deliver service objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to engage with stakeholders. Welsh language ability is desirable but English speakers are welcome to apply.
