Gastro Pub General Manager - Lead & Elevate Guest Experience

Upham Inns is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our gastro-style pubs in southern England. You will drive guest service, coach a hands-on team and manage stock, P&L and labour budgets in line with company goals.

You'll be responsible for health and safety, roster planning, brand standards and community engagement, ensuring the pub remains a beloved local destination with great food and drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.
