Gas Workforce Lead - Housing Repairs & Compliance

Chesterfield Borough Council seeks a Gas Workforce Manager to lead a team delivering gas repairs, servicing and compliance across housing stock. You will manage performance, develop staff, and ensure safe, high-quality customer-focused services from Stonegravels Depot.

You will lead a 15-person team with a planner and administrator, driving development, productivity and continuous improvement while working with HR and unions to resolve issues and optimise service delivery.
