Gas & Heating Services Team Leader

Yorkshire Housing in Leeds is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Gas and Mechanical Services) to lead the delivery of gas servicing, repairs and heating works across our homes in Yorkshire. You will ensure activities are delivered safely, compliantly, and to high standards, while supporting your team to provide excellent customer service.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance against KPIs, coach colleagues, and ensure qualifications are kept up to date.
