SALARY: £12.71 per hour

Could you help keep our gardens and green spaces thriving, productive and welcoming for everyone in our community?

We are looking for a Gardener to help maintain and develop the public and private gardens across our community site in Carlton, Bedfordshire. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, volunteers and companions, the role involves routine gardening, planning seasonal planting and growing schemes, supporting fruit and vegetable production, and helping to create welcoming outdoor spaces across the village.

The successful candidate will also play an important role in supporting companions, staff and volunteers to develop practical gardening skills through a positive, team-focused approach. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of health and safety, managing gardening equipment and contributing to the wider maintenance and community team.
