Garden Centre Café Manager - Lead Team & Guest Experience

Hillier Nurseries Limited is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the cafe within our garden centre in Winchester. You will lead front and back of house operations, ensure excellent customer service, and work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to drive efficiency and quality.

The role is full-time, 30 hours per week on a rota, with perks including a competitive hourly rate and pension benefits. You will manage stock, costs and deliver a first-class cafe experience for visitors.
