£13.03 per hour + Annual Bonus

Part Time One Day Per Week

Working Hours will either be:

Monday 8am - 4.30pm or Friday 7am - 3pm

Joseph Ash, Chesterfield - part of the respected Joseph Ash Group and Hill & Smith Holdings - is currently hiring a PART TIME Galvanizing Operative to join our dedicated team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and securing steel products to jigs for galvanising
• Operating overhead cranes (training provided)
• Dipping steel into molten zinc to protect against corrosion
• Finishing and inspecting products for top quality standards
• Ensuring your work area remains clean, organised, and safe

Whether you're in the jigging area, working at the galvanising baths, or finishing in the fettling bay, you'll be part of a crucial process that keeps the UK's infrastructure strong and rust free.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and can do attitude
• Willingness to work in a manual, physical environment
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Reliability and a focus on safety
• Previous experience in manufacturing or galvanising is a plus - but not essential
