Gallery and Marketing Coordinator

Gallery Coordinator, Weybridge - £25,000Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm Role OverviewAn exciting opportunity to join a dynamic art gallery as a Gallery Coordinator. This entry-level role supports the delivery of digital marketing campaigns while assisting with customer service, dispatch, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will help promote exhibitions and artworks while ensuring a smooth client experience. Full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support

• Assist in executing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote artists, exhibitions, and new collections.
• Coordinate content schedules with the Marketing and Photography teams to ensure timely promotion of gallery activity.
• Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including exhibition launches and weekly bulletins.
• Assist with photography of artwork.

Administration and Customer service

• Dealing with customers both face to face, over the telephone and via email in a friendly professional manner
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate artwork dispatches, including assisting the warehouse team with packaging etc
• Assist with the hanging of the artwork.

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience
• High attention to detail and a professional manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
• Interest in art and the gallery sector advantageous.
• Previous experience beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
