FX/CFD Sales Associate (Bilingual Mandarin)

Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

Fluent Mandarin and English speaker required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX is preferred but not essential; new graduates are encouraged to apply. You will join a growing team in a dynamic Fintech environment, working in a fast-paced, agile setting with autonomous team members sharing aligned goals.

Primary duties include:

• Participating in customer onboarding processes
• Facilitating outbound account openings for interested potential clients and supporting existing customers
• Handling inbound sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email, live chat, and occasionally face-to-face at the office or events
• Engaging warm leads through outbound call campaigns; cold calling is not involved
• Supporting existing clients with trading activities, including funding and education
• Encouraging client referrals
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Creative problem solver, professional, honest, and team-oriented
• Ability to learn complex products quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proactive, KPI-driven, capable of managing own client base and sourcing new relationships independently
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and a service mindset suitable for real-time trading environments
• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Experience in brokerage or related financial environment
• Interest in investment and financial services
• Commitment to continuous improvement

Education / Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
