FX/CFD Sales Associate (Bilingual Mandarin)

Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

Fluent Mandarin and English speakers required.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX is preferred but not essential; new graduates are encouraged to apply. You will join a growing team in a dynamic Fintech environment, working in a fast-paced, agile setting with autonomous team members focused on shared goals.

Primary duties include:

• Managing all aspects of the customer onboarding process.
• Supporting outbound account opening for interested potential clients and assisting existing customers.
• Responding to sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email, live chat, and occasionally face-to-face at the office or events.
• Engaging warm leads through outbound calls; cold calling is not involved.
• Supporting existing clients with trading activities, including funding and education.
• Encouraging client referrals.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Creative problem solver, honest, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to learn complex products quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proactive, KPI-driven, capable of managing a client base and sourcing new relationships independently.
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach for a real-time trading environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a brokerage environment is a plus.
• Interest in investment and financial services.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Education / Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
