Future-Ready Strategic Workforce Planning Leader

British Airways is building Strategic Workforce Planning to shape its future workforce over a 3-5 year horizon. You will work with senior leaders to determine capabilities, skills and interventions required to deliver the strategy and optimise workforce effectiveness.

You will partner with Strategic HR and business groups to translate plans into actionable roadmaps, leveraging data, market insights and best practice to drive sustainable workforce outcomes across the organisation.
