Fusion Plant Maintenance Leader

Fusion Energy Base in Retford is looking for a Maintenance Architect who will shape the maintenance architecture and strategy for the STEP Prototype Plant. This role involves defining and leading maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and safety while bringing innovation to high-radiation maintenance challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree, proven track record in managing complex systems, and excellent communication skills. The salary for this position is £73,190 plus a specialist allowance.
