Oracle Fusion Functional Payroll Consultant
MRP Global are seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant experienced in Payroll to join a global IT Services and Consulting firm on a 1 year fixed term contract in Berkshire.

The project is being delivered for a global end user delivering UK ERP initiatives and offers a competitive local salary.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience as an Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant, with strong UK Payroll expertise
• In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, PAYE, NI, statutory payments, auto-enrolment, and attachments
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, retro processing, and reconciliation
• Experience delivering global payroll implementations, with the UK as the primary country
• Strong working knowledge of HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and Fusion HCM Extracts
• Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, including regression testing
• Exposure to Absence Management, third-party payroll integrations, certification, or managed services support is advantageous
