Fusion Business Architect - Design, Strategy & Change

SGN is recruiting a Business Architect for the Fusion programme in London on a 12 month FTC. The role oversees business design integrity across delivery waves, coordinating design with HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. It combines hands on analysis with governance, budgeting, and change adoption to maximise value.

You will drive operating models, demand shaping, and investment roadmaps while leading and mentoring Business Analysts to deliver quality outputs and sustained improvements.
