Funds Paralegal - Closings, FCA Filings & Growth

Our client, a prominent US law firm, is seeking an experienced funds paralegal to provide integral support to associates and partners.

We require at least 12 months of corporate paralegal experience with some exposure to funds work, ideally from a top US or international law firm. Strong academic record, a positive proactive approach, drive, initiative, and client skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open files
• Arrange fund closings
• Manage filings with FCA, Companies House, etc.
• Draft documents and prepare bibles
• Other related duties
