Funds Associate: Private Funds & Fund Formation

Eclectic Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a highly regarded international law firm in London, is seeking a Funds Associate with 1-4 PQE and investment funds experience to join its growing funds team.

You will advise on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds, draft fund documentation, and support fund managers throughout the lifecycle while collaborating with corporate, regulatory and tax colleagues.
