Funds Associate (3-6 PQE) - Lead Cross Border Transactions

SSQ is seeking a Funds Associate/Senior Associate (3-6 PQE) in London to join a dynamic funds team. The role involves advising on investment funds matters, handling fund transactions including primary investments, secondaries and co-investments, and taking ownership of complex deals from start to finish.

You'll draft and negotiate critical documents, lead negotiations with counterparties, and work closely with clients on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, gaining valuable
