• You will advise private investment fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes.
• Advise on the establishment, structuring and operation of alternative investment funds, and broad range of related transactions, including fund restructurings, GP-led transactions, co investment arrangements, spin outs, joint ventures and management company transactions.

Your Profile

• Funds Lawyer, with 3 - 6 years post-qualified experience
• Currently practicing in London at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international or peer US firm
• A strong academic background
