Permanent
Location: Hybrid, base at Crimple House, Harrogate
Hours: 35 per week
Working pattern/flexible working: Monday to Friday
Salary: £33,214.45 per annum

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead marketing and communications activity across fundraising and retail, supporting the growth and visibility of our services.
You'll be working within our passionate Income Generation team, playing a key role in developing high-impact campaigns that drive income, brand awareness and supporter engagement across North Yorkshire.
What you'll be doing:
Create and deliver compelling, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, print, social and PR.
Develop content and multi-media assets to support donor engagement, fundraising campaigns and events.
Collaborate with fundraising, retail and communications teams to align messaging and strategy.
Manage marketing budgets and line-manage the Marketing Officer and volunteers.
What we're looking for:
Experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital and social media.
Strong copywriting, content creation and project management skills.
A proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work across teams.
Understanding of marketing/fundraising regulations and budget management.
