Job Description
Calame & Cie SA Fund Line Manager (M/F) Mission As part of this role, in our UAP Service, you are responsible for driving the industrial performance of the Fund line and actively contribute to the development of synergies with other lines in the service. As a hands-on manager, you unite, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team of around twenty. You lead the management rituals, foster teamwork, and develop the skills necessary to ensure compliance with quality criteria and standards, thus contributing to the creation of the most beautiful watches in the world. Responsibilities - Manage the activities of the Fund line by ensuring Quality, Agility, and Efficiency (QAE) objectives are met, in compliance with standards and requirements. - Lead, supervise, and support team members in managing individual and collective performance, promoting learning, versatility, and skills development necessary for each individual's growth and the sustainable performance of the team. - Drive and facilitate problem-solving within the teams in a continuous improvement approach to meet the performance objectives of the line. - Manage the production flow based on the CONWIP methodology to control work in progress, secure deadlines, and ensure adherence to the production plan. - Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and the 5S approach in collaboration with support services (Quality, Methods, Logistics, HR). Profile sought - Technician ES and/or degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience in a managerial role in the industrial production sector. - Solid knowledge of continuous improvement tools and production management (5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods). - Very good understanding of the overall functioning of an industrial company, both in processes and office tools (MS Office). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good listening abilities. - Ability to create cross-functional links within job activities, decision-making capability, sense of priorities, and adaptability in a changing environment. jid5d0f15aaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
