An elite US law firm, featuring market-leading award-winning Partners and the most prestigious client, seeks an Associate to join its renowned Fund Financing team in London. This role is ideal for candidates at NQ to 3 PQE, offering exposure to the highest-profile, cross-border transactions.

The position involves advising on fund financing facilities, including syndicated and bilateral structures such as manager/GP facilities, private fund bridge/capital call facilities, and asset-backed/NAV facilities.

Clients include tier one international fund sponsors, banks and financial institutions, and borrowers.

• NQ-3PQE Qualified lawyer from a leading Fund Finance team in London.

• Excellent academics.
