Functional/Technical Consultant SME

For our customer - we are seeking a Functional/Technical Consultant for Docusign

This is a short term contract and prior experience is essential to hit the ground running

Functional

• Liaising with Docusign account manager and docuSign support
• Setting up a different segment/area in Docusign for Employee contracts.
• We have different business (brands) and countries using Docusign. But currently only one Company is setup. Would like to look at possibilities to setup different brands etc.
• Check how user management is setup currently
• Design a report where we can see license usage
• There is a request from the business to use Docusign for internal quotes approval. We need to investigate if this is possible with a 'simple' on-click approval
• document the current setup which we an use as a guiding principle for future aquisitions and rollout

• Explain, Advise, (re)implement: on SSO/OKTA settings
• Explain, Advise, (re)implement: on Domais settings
• Explain, Advise, (re)implement: organizations
• Explain, Advise, (re)implement: Chinese wall between HR and rest of org
• Explain, Advise, (re)implement: TEST env looks different than PROD. Realign both etc
