We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a bright, hard-working Floor Supervisor to join the bustling and vibrant Marqette located in Terminal 1, Dublin Airport.

Ideal Candidate

• Have at least 1 year previous experience as a cafe/restaurant supervisor or similar
• Have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Be a born people person and leader
• Be proficient in written and spoken English
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure

General Duties

• Training and development of staff
• Managing the day to day operations
• Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training
• Roster and stock controls
• To deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the General Manager
• To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures
• Provide and implement a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service in order to enhance the overall customer experience in the restaurant
• Provide ongoing staff training and motivation and to develop the skills of restaurant employees
• To provide ongoing supervision of all service, presentation and dining areas
