Overview

A warm, welcoming and easy-going family based in Notting Hill are seeking an experienced, proactive and caring Nanny to care for their three children aged 6G, 10B and 12B years old. This is a sole-charge position suited to a professional nanny who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with children and becoming a trusted and valued part of family life. The family are looking for someone kind, emotionally intelligent, organised and energetic, who can create a calm, happy and engaging environment where the children can thrive. The household is fully staffed yet informal, and the family greatly value warmth, positivity, independence and excellent communication skills.

The Role

During school term time, the role offers a balanced schedule. The two older children attend school full-time and return home via school bus, whilst the youngest daughter is in Year 1. The daytime focus will largely involve assisting with the children's routines, organisation and activities, alongside caring for the youngest child prior to afternoon pick-ups and after-school care. Although the role is lighter during school hours in term time, this is a fully salaried full-time position throughout the year. During school holidays, the family travel regularly throughout the UK and Europe, therefore flexibility to travel and work longer/full days during these periods is essential. The family would love to find someone who enjoys travel, outdoor activities, creativity and becoming part of a fun and supportive family environment.
