Full Time Arable Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled operator for a 2100 ha family-owned arable estate in Lincolnshire. The estate is diverse with arable farming at its core along with diversification & environmental interests. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our existing skilled and hard-working team.

The candidate will ideally have the following:

• Experienced self-motivated individual, who can work to a high standard on own initiative.
• Proficient in cultivations, drilling and combining
• Be willing and able to support all parts of the farm business.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Relief driver on key machines throughout the season
• Attention to detail with strong work ethic & willingness to embrace challenges.
• A valid UK driving license.

Full in-house training will be provided on all machines and any external training where necessary.
